Terms of Service

HeyLeo is a platform for building, publishing and running conversational assistants and lead-generation funnels that can be embedded on websites.

Using the service implies full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using the service.

Creating an account requires accurate, up-to-date information. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for any activity carried out from your account.

Authentication is provided through our identity provider (Clerk).

The service is offered in a free tier and paid tiers (Starter, Pro). Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

Usage limits (number of bots, monthly conversations, features) depend on your plan and are enforced automatically.

You agree not to use the service for unlawful, deceptive, or rights-infringing purposes. Prohibited activities include sending spam, abusive collection of personal data, and distributing illegal content through the bots you create.

You are solely responsible for your bots' content and for the compliance of your data processing toward people who interact with them.

The platform, its components and brand remain the exclusive property of HeyLeo. You retain ownership of the content you create (bots, texts, configurations).

The service is provided “as is”. We use reasonable means to ensure availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for indirect damages arising from use or unavailability of the service.

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate an account in case of breach of these Terms.

We may update these Terms. Any material change will be notified. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of French courts, subject to applicable consumer-protection provisions.
